This menu set is all about the northeastern cuisine of Thailand. Som Tum (Papaya Salad), Larb Mu (Pork Salad) and Kao Neaw (Sticky Rice) are marching along to satisfy Spicy Thai food lovers.

You will learn how to shred a green papaya and techniques of how to keep it fresh and firm. Then you will experience how to make Som Tum like the Thais do by using a mortar and pestle.

Next you will make Larb Mu (Pork Salad), the spicy and tangy minced pork salad which goes with papaya salad and sticky rice. It's typical for Thai people to order these Three Musketeers together when they go to the northeastern cuisine restaurant.

Lastly, you will learn how to cook sticky rice perfectly without having to buy a bamboo sticky rice steamer.

After the class, you can take your cooking home to share with your friends and family. The portion you make can comfortably serve 2-3 persons.
