Green curry or Gang Keaw Wan is a type of Thai spicy coconut soup eaten with rice or vermicelli. The green curry is called Kang Keaw and the word "Wan" (Sweet) signifies the soft pastel green color of the soup.

In this class we will make Chicken Green Curry accompanying by vermicelli.
You will learn how to cook this curry in the authentic way, and you will be surprised that the authentic Thai green curry is not thick like when you get it at most of Thai restaurants in the U.S.
We will also make the tapioca and corn with coconut milk or Saku Kao Pod for dessert. This dish will be a good compliment after eating the spicy curry. The sweetness of tapioca and corn mixes with the salted coconut milk will give a pleasant combination. What a good way to end the meal!

At the end you will get to take home your own delicious cooking. We will prepare containers and a bag for you. A folder of the recipes and a printed
list of unique ingredients, recommendations and addresses of the stores
will be provided.
